Ingredients:


1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon oregano

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons paprika

2 tablespoons dry mustard

1 tablespoon cumin powder

1 tablespoon coriander powder

1 tablespoon red chile, powdered

1 tablespoon garlic powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ingredients well and store in an air-tight container. Apply rub to meat and let the meat sit overnight in the refrigerator. Good on pork and beef.
