Ingredients:


1 3/4 cups water

1 cup soft jasmine rice
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. in a saucepan, bring water to a vigorous boil. 2. add rice and stir. 3. cover and reduce heat to lowest setting. 4. cook for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. 5. remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. 6. fluff with fork and serve.
