Stir Fried Rice

Ingredients:


1 package rice and vermicelli with chicken broth and herbs -- 6.9oz

2 tablespoons fleischmanns original spread -- (70% corn oil)

2 1/4 cups water

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 cup cooked chicken -- about 8 ounces

1/2 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup egg beaters healthy real egg substitute
 

Preparation / Directions:


Prepare rice according to package directions in large skillet using spread, 2 1/4 cups water and soy sauce. Cook until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes. Stir in chicken and peas; increase heat to medium high. Pour egg beaters over rice mixture; cook without stirring until set, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir and serve warm. Garnish as desired.
