Rice Almondine

Ingredients:


1 medium onion -- chopped

2 teaspoons butter

1 1/4 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 1/2 cups minute -- (r) instant brown rice

1 cup frozen green beans -- thawed

2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds

1/2 teaspoon dill

1 medium cook and stir onion in butte
 

Preparation / Directions:


garlic powder. Bring to boil. 2>. Stir in rice. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. 3>. Stir in green beans, almonds and dill; cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
