Ranch Style Rice

Ingredients:


6 tablespoons margarine

1 cup long grain rice

1 can beef broth -- (10 1/2 oz.)

1 can onion soup -- (10 1/2 oz.)

1 can mushroom pieces -- (4 oz.)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat margarine in a 2-quart casserole dish at high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; heat for 25-30 minutes at high, stirring once. Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. I use Campbell's French onion soup and beef broth in this recip
