Ingredients:


1 cup sliced carrots

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup sliced green onions

2 cups apples -- cored, chopped

3 cups cooked brown rice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup seedless raisins

1 tablespoon sesame seeds
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large skillet, cook carrots in oil about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add onions and apples. Cook 3-5 minutes longer. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated.
