FIERY CHILE MUSTARD Relish

Ingredients:


5 ounces fresh red hot chiles

1 tablespoons mustard seeds

4 cloves garlic peeled

1 small green mango peeled and shredded

1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and blend smoothly, leaving a few little chunks, by pulsing in a food processor or blender. Cover and store up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Makes « cup. This relish is from Bengal, and eastern region of India, and is for those who like fiery flavors.
