Dried Beef Quiche

Ingredients:


5 ounces dried beef shredded

5 ounces gruyere cheese grated

5 ounces cheddar cheese grated

5 ounces gouda cheese grated

4 large eggs

2 1/2 cups light cream

2 tablespoons onions finely chopped

1 crust pie pastry
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan 2. Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly.Place mixture onto pie pastry. 3. Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture. 4. Bake 325 F for 1/2 hour, reduce temperarure to 275 F and bake for additional 1 hour.
