3 ounces any flavor gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup well-drained crushed ice

Preparation / Directions:

Chill 4 half-cup dessert dishes in the freezer. Place gelatin in blender. Add boiling water. Blend 2 minutes. With blender still running, add well-drained crushed ice. Combine to blend until container feels cool. Pour into chilled dishes and refrigerate until serving.
