Ingredients:


1 Cup flour

1/2 tablespoons salt

1/2 Cup milk

2 large beaten eggs

1/2 cup Drippings from beef rib or sirloin roast
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees Stiff flour and salt andpour in milk add eggs beaten with 13 cup water. Grease skillet or roasting pan with drippings from roast and heat skillet on stove top. Pour in batter and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with roast beef.
