Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

1/3 cup confectioners sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

3 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips

6 Pieces italian chocolate breakfast-treat cookies coarsely chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In mini food procressor or blender, combine ricotta cheese, sugar and vanilla. Puree until smooth. Scrape pudding mixture into bowl. Add chocolate. 2. Divide two-thirds of chopped cookies among 4 dessert glasses. Top with pudding and remaining cookies. Refrigerate. Makes 4 servings.
