Bread Pudding

Ingredients:


2 cups milk

2 large eggs -- beaten

3/4 cup sugar -- (3/4 to 1)

6 slices bread (6 to 8 slices) -- in chunks

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Heat milk on medium heat (do not boil) 2. Pour in egg and sugar. Mix. 3. Add bread and mix well. 4. When milk is warm enough to melt butter, add butter and mix. 5. Add vanilla when butter is melted. 6. Pour into greased casserole. 7. Bake 350oF until brown. (20-30 min)
