Delicous and great with ice cream.
 

Ingredients:


5 Tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon Bicobonate soda soda

2 tablespoons golden syrup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring sugar and golden syrup to the boil stirring slowly all the time until boiling. Simmer gently over a very low heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionlly. Remove from heat and add bicobonate soda. Stir in quickly until frothing and pour in a greased tin fast. Break up when hard. Store in an airtight jar.
