Ingredients:


2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 large red or white potato

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup half and half
 

Preparation / Directions:


butter a large casserole arrange a single layer of potatoes in the bottom season lightly with parmesan, salt, and pepper continue to layer and season potatoes pour half and half over all bake, covered, @ 375 degrees for 30 minutes bake, uncovered, @ 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until tender and golden serve hot
