Ingredients:


4 cups potato

1 cup onion

1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

2 large egg

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup applesauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine potatoes and onions in a clean towel squeeze-out excess moisture combine potato mixture, flour, salt, and white pepper-mix well moisten with beaten eggs-mix well heat oil in a skillet, over a medium flame drop potato mixture, by tablespoonsful, into hot oil fry to a medium brown on both sides drain briefly on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels garnish with sour cream and applesauce serve hot
