Baked Fluffed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:


4 medium sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons wish-bone deluxe french dressing

2 tablespoons dairy sour cream

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine for brushing
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 350`F. Bake potatoes 45 minutes or until tender. Cut a slice from top of each potato. With a spoon, scoop out potato into bowl and mash well. Whip in the Wish-Bone Deluxe French Dressing, sour cream, salt and pepper. Spoon potato mixture into each chill, rounding slightly. Brush tops with butter or margarine and return to oven for 15 minutes to heat through. Makes 4 servings.
