German-Style Potato Toss

8 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans sliced potatoes -- drained (16 oz. ea.)
1/2 cup wish-bone italian dressing
1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation / Directions:

In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble. Into 1 tablespoon drippings, add onion and cook until tender. Add potatoes, bacon and Wish-Bone Italian Dressing blended with sugar. Toss lightly until coated and heated through. Makes about 8 servings.
