Ingredients:
2 medium Sweet Potatoes |
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar |
1/2 Cup Butter Flavored Crisco |

Preparation / Directions:
Peel and slice sweet potatoes...
In an iron skillet heat a small amount of crisco...add potatoes and cook slowly til brown, do not turn but a couple of times or they become mush..add brown sugar and keep cooking..when it looks like you almost have syrup on the potatoes take them off of the stove and serve.. tip : clean that skillet before it sits to long.
