Vegetable-Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:


17 ounces Ragu Roasted Garlic or Parmesan Pasta Sauce OR Double Cheddar Pasta Sauce

1 package frozen assorted vegetables (16 ounces) -- cooked and drained

6 large baking potatoes -- unpeeled and baked
 

Preparation / Directions:


In 2-quart saucepan, heat Cheese Creations Pasta Sauce. Stir in vegetables; heat through. Cut a lengthwise slice from top of potato. Lightly mash pulp in each potato. Evenly spoon sauce mixture onto each potato. Sprinkle, if desired, with ground black pepper.
