Ingredients:


3 large sweet potato

3 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Scrub the potatoes and cut them into eighths. Arrange them skin side down on a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Melt the butter and brush the potatoes with it. Sprinkle with nutmet, season to taste and bake until the potatoes are tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
