2 Large potatoes -- peeled and cubed

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 Teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 375° F. Arrange potatoes in a lightly oiled baking dish.
