Potato 'n Onion Bake

Ingredients:


1 pound all-purpose or baking potatoes -- thinly sliced

2 medium onions -- thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 cups ragu chunky gardenstyle pasta sauce

3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In 2-quart baking dish, layer 1/2 of the potatoes, onions, oil, salt and pepper; repeat. Bake covered 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove cover, then pour Ragu Chunky Gardenstyle Pasta Sauce over potato mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
