Ingredients:


3 cups mashed potato

2 teaspoons unsalted butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 cup choux paste

1/2 cup corn oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine potatoes, butter, salt, and pepper-mix well add choux paste-mix well heat oil to 360 degrees drop dough by spoonsful into hot oil fry until puffed and lightly browned drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels keep warm in a slow oven serve hot
