Creamy Potato Salad

Ingredients:


6 medium boiled potatoes -- drain/peel/cut up

1 medium onion -- chopped

1/3 cup sweet pickle -- chopped

1 1/4 cups mayonnaise

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons vinegar

2 teaspoons yellow mustard

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

3 large hard-boiled eggs -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine potatoes, onion and sweet pickle. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt to taste. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Add chopped eggs and mix.
