CUBED ROAST BEEF WITH HORSERADISH

Ingredients:


1 cup chilled heavy cream

1/4 cup prepared horseradish

1 Cup Cold roast beef -- cut into bite-sized cubes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Whip cream until stiff; fold in horseradish. Chill about 1/2 hour before serving. At serving time, place dip in a bowl in center of a large platter and surround with cubes of cold roast beef on toothpicks.
