El Paso Ham

Ingredients:


3 cups fully cooked ham -- chopped

2 cups monterey jack cheese - shredded-- (about 8 oz)

1 can tomato sauce -- 8oz.

1 can green chilies -- 4 oz., seeded and chopped

1/2 cup onion -- finely chopped

3 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover and cook on low for 2 hours. To serve-split the Hot Corn bread squares. Spoon ham mixture on the bottom half of the cornbread. Cover with cornbread top. Spoon more of the mixture over the top.
