Barbecue Country Style Ribs

Ingredients:


3 pounds pork country-style ribs -- to 3 1/2lbs,cut into serving size pieces

1 cup water

1 1/2 cups chili sauce

1/2 cup orange marmalade

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon celery seed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place ribs in a 14 x 20 inch oven cooking bag in microwaveable baking dish. Pour water over ribs; tie bag loosely. Cook 20 minutes at medium or 50% power; invert and rearrange ribs. Cook 20 minutes more. Meanwhile, for sauce, combine chili sauce, marmalade, vinegar, worcestershire, and celery seed. Remove ribs from cooking bag and place in microwavable dish. Pour sauce over ribs, turning to coat. Cover dish with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook 15 to 20 minutes at medium or 50% power, rearranging ribs after 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
