pork tenderloin fillet flattened out and breadcrumbed then covered with rich bechamel sauce and fresh parmesan and sharp cheddar cheese
 

Ingredients:


3 chops pork fillets

1 jar bechamel sauce

1 package cheddar cheese

1 package breadcrumbs

3 large beaten eggs

1 teaspoon salt and pepper

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup all purpose flour

2 tablespoons oil for frying ( i use sunflower )
 

Preparation / Directions:


cut your pork fillet into 2 pieces per fillet' cut lengthwise in the middle of fillet but only half way through, then move your knife to each side this should leave you with an opened pocket of meat. beat meat out with meat hammer and coat firstin seasoned flout then egg then the breadcrumbs. next fry cated fillets over medium to high heat until golden brown on both sides. remove and place on baking sheet, cover in sauce and cheeses to finish and bake in oven for 15-20 mins until golden and bubbling. i srve this with salad and home made fries. this is a speciallity dish of a place called Middlesbrough in the North East of England i hope you love it as much as we do !
