Ingredients:


1 kilogram pork tenderloin

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar

12 ounces sprite

1/2 cup minced garlic

2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 Cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1/2 kilogram beansprout

1 tablespoons chili powder to taste

1/2 Cup onion leeks
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine first eight ingredients and mixed thoroughly by hand. Let stand in the refrigerator over night. Cook over low heat, let simmer for ten minutes. Turn heat high and stir until tender. blanch beansprouts, add spring onions and drizzle sesame oil. serve pork over sprouts.
