Pork With Orange-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:


6 chops pork chops or cutlets*

1/2 cup sliced green onions -- up to 1

1 tablespoon oil

1/2 cup orange juice

1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons honey

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Ground pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


* (or 2 to 2 1/2 pounds pork loin roast, sliced or cubed) In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Place pork in crockpot and sprinkle with the green onions. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
