Ingredients:


1 Cup Catsup

1 Cup Maple syrup

2/3 Cup White wine

1/4 Cup Water

1 piece Bouillon cube

1 piece bay leaf

2 Cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon Ground ginger

3/4 teaspoon Thyme

1 1/2 teaspoon Basil

1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

4 Chops Pork chops, 1 1/2 inch thick
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. In sauce pan, combine all ingredients except pork chops. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes; stir occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, bake chops 30 minutes at 375 degrees; pour sauce over chops. 3. Bake 15-20 minutes more, spooning sauce over chops every 5 minutes.
