Ingredients:


1/2 pound boneless pork loin roast

1 teaspoon olive oil

2 teaspoons dry white wine

2 teaspoons garlic puree

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


cut pork into 1/8x1x2-1/2 inch slices combine with remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-24 hours remove from marinade, drain well grill or broil for 4-8 minutes, until well browned on both sides serve hot or at room temperature
