Ingredients:


1 pound pork brains

1 tablespoon salt

1 quart water to cover

1 large egg -- beaten

1 cup cracker crumbs

1/2 stick butter or margarine
 

Preparation / Directions:


Soak brains in salt for 1 hour; drain. Dip brians in egg; roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in butter to brown over medium heat.
