Ingredients:

1/4 cup minced country ham

11 1/2 ounces refrigerated cornbread twists

1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard

1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Preparation / Directions:

Cook ham in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain on paper towels. Unroll cornbread dough onto a lightly floured surface and pinch seams together. Roll dough to an 18 x 10-inch rectangle; spread mustard over dough. Sprinkle with ham and brown sugar. Roll up, jellyroll fashion, starting at long end. Cut into 1 inch slices. Place on a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden. Remove from baking sheet immediately. Serve warm. Note: substitute other varieties of cooked ham, like honey-baked or smoked ham if desired.
