Chinese Red-Cooked Bbq Pork

Ingredients:


3 pounds boneless lean pork

1/4 cup plum sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 tablespoons white wine

2 tablespoons catsup

1 tablespoon garlic

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 tablespoon sesame paste

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon 5 spice powder

4 drops food coloring
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine all ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-24 hours remove pork to a rack in a roasting pan bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes turn over and baste with remainder of marinade bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes remove from oven, cool use as desired
