Barbequed Pork Chops

Ingredients:


4 large pork chops -- (4 to 6)

1 tablespoons barbeque seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 teaspoon paprika

1 bottle k.c masterpiece sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Rub pork chops with barbeque seasoning, add garlic salt, to taste and a light sprinkling celery salt. Sprinkle with paprika. Smoke over coals and hickory at a low heat for 20 minutes, then increase heat for 40 minutes. Baste during last 5 minutes with barbeque sauce.
