Preparation / Directions:


Use freshly popped popcorn (my favorite method is the air, non oil popper). If desired, use virgin olive oil, or melted butter and add fresh crushed garlic. Then lightly spray bragg liquid aminow over popcorn. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast large flakes or grated parmesan cheese. For variety, add a pinch of Italian herbs, cayenne pepper or mustard powder to mixture. It's delicious served with soups and salads instead of brea
