Grilled Pizza

Ingredients:


4 pieces rhodes texas rolls -- thawed and risen

1 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon italian herbs

1 cup pizza toppings -- as desired red or yellow bell peppers -- sausage, onion, tomatoes -- grated cheese, etc.

1 bottle pizza sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll into an 8 inch circle. Brush top and bottom lightly with oil. Place on grill and cook on medium low temperature 4 to 5 minutes. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Add toppings. Close grill or cover pizza with foil. Grill until cheese has melted and dough is cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
