Quick Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredients:


8 pieces rhodes texas rolls -- thawed and risen

1 cup pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce

5 ounces frozen chopped spinach -- optional

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 cup chopped cooked meat -- hamburger, sausage, ham, pepperoni, etc

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 medium green pepper -- sliced

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll into a 14 inch circle. Place in a 12 inch deep dish pizza pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap that has also been sprayed. Allow to rise 20 minutes. Remove wrap. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Spread with sauce. Microwave spinach for 2 minutes; pat dry, crumble and spread over sauce. Sprinkle with oregano, followed by meat, vegetables and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 15 minutes.
