Pizza Nicoise

Ingredients:


1 package pizza dough

1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

3 medium plum tomatoes

1/4 pound fresh green beans

1 medium onion

1 clove garlic

1 can tuna

10 medium green olives

2 tablespoons capers

1 tablespoons rosemary leaves

1/4 cup feta cheese

1/4 cup fontina cheese

1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 450. Sprinkle pizza dough circle with mozzarella cheese, then Parmesan cheese, tomato slices, green beans and onion slices. Sprinkle on minced garlic, tuna, olives, capers, rosemary leaves, feta and fontina cheeses, salt and pepper. Bake on pizza pan until crusts are golden brown. Serve cut into wedges. Approximately 10-12 minutes.
