Multi-Grain Pizza Crust

Ingredients:


3/4 cup water

1 1/3 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

3/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup whole wheat flour

1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

1 tablespoons vital wheat gluten

1/4 cup multi grain cereal mix

1 cup bread flour
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all in bread pan and process on dough cycle. Place in greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let dough rest for 20 min. Preheat the oven to 425. Roll out and spread with sauce and etc. Bake 20 to 25 min or until crust is golden brown around edges.
