Fresh Summer Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:


6 pieces rhodes texas rolls -- thawed and risen

8 ounces fat free cream cheese

2 tablespoons strawberry preserves

1/2 cup mandarin oranges

3 medium kiwi fruit -- sliced

6 medium strawberries -- to 8, halved

1/2 cup blueberries
 

Preparation / Directions:


Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll into a 13 inch circle. Place in a 12 inch pizza pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes until browned. Keep bubbles from forming in the middle of pizza by pressing down 5 minutes into the baking cycle. Remove from oven and cool. Mix cream cheese with strawberry preserves and spread on crust. Arrange fruit on top. Use other fruits in season such as grapes, pineapple, bananas, peaches, etc.
