Ingredients:


9 pieces rhodes texas rolls -- thawed and risen

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

2/3 cup chunky spaghetti sauce

4 pieces thick sliced bacon -- chopped, or

2 links italian sausage -- skin removed

1/3 cup black olive halves

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Knead rolls together into a ball. Roll into a 14 inch circle. Place in a 12 inch deep dish pizza pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. cover with plastic wrap that has also been sprayed. Allow to rise 20 minutes. Cook bacon or sausage. Remove wrap from pizza crust. Depress middle leaving a 1 1/2 inch margin around the edges. Spread with spaghetti sauce. Cover with meat, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
