Artichoke And Feta Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:


21 ounces marinated artichokes

3 cloves garlic

1/2 cup grated parmeasan cheese

16 ounces italian cheese bread shell

29 ounces canned diced tomatoes --drained

1 1/4 cups crumbled feta cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Drain artichokes, reserving 3 tablespoons marinade. Combine artichokes, garlic and cheese in processor. Using on/off turns, process until coarsely chopped. Brush reserved marinade over crust, leaving 1-inch border on all sides. Spread artichoke mixture over. Sprinkle with tomatoes and feta cheese. Season with pepper. Bake until crust is crisp and topping is hot, about 10 minutes. Making pizza at home isn't difficult when you begin with a prebaked crust. This pizza has a Mediterranean twist and goes together in minutes. Cut into squares, it's also great for a cocktail buf
