Vinegar Pie

Ingredients:


1 cup sugar

2 1/2 tablespoons butter

5 tablespoons vinegar

1 cup cold water

2 tablespoons unbleached flour

4 large eggs -- beaten
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan. Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven until crust is brown.
