Ingredients:


1 package jiffy pie crust mix

5 tablespoons water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix with fork until dough holds together and divide into 2 equal portions. Sprinkle flour onto piece of aluminum foil, place dough in center, and pat or roll into a circle about 1 inch larger than 8 inch aluminum pie tin. Fold dough in half, fit into pie tin and crimp edges. Perforate dough with fork and bake with moderate heat until lightly browned. Fill crust with instant pudding mix made according to directions on package and set aside to cool.
