Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:


1 package cream cheese -- 8oz (fat free)

1 cup creamy peanut butter -- (reduced fat)

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons butter -- melted

1 cup whipping cream -- (or use fat free cool whip 8 oz)

1 crust 9 inch graham cracker crust -- (keebler has reduced fat one)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat cream cheese until smooth and then add PB, sugar and butter. Beat until smooth. Whip cream (or just use cool whip) and add to Peanut Butter mixture and mix well. Pour into pie shell and chill of freeze. ***TIP: My secret ingredient is to put a layer of Mrs. Richardson's Fat Free caramel on the bottom of the crust. It is decadent! You can also use a chocolate crust. This is VERY rich. It is really easy to make and company loves it! This is a very rich recipe but since I substitute fat free or reduced fat items I feel better about eating it! I try to do that with all my recipes.
