Chicken Pie Casserole

Ingredients:


1 stick Margerine

1 medium chopped onion

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 Cup skim milk

1 medium chopped cooked chicken*

1 medium cubed cooked potatoe

1 medium sliced cooked carrot*

1 bunch thyme

----Topping

1 Cup all purpose flour*

1 teaspoon baking powder*

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons margerine*

1/2 Cup skim milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat margerine in frying pan. Add onion. Saute ubtil soft but not brown Stir in next 6 ingredients. Keep hot. Topping Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl. Cut in margerine until crumbly. Add milk. Stir to form a soft ball.Turn chickjen mixture into 2 quart casserole. Roll dough on lightly floured surface sightly larger than casserole. Place over top pressing against edge all around. Prick through top in several places with fork. Bake in 425 degree oven about 20 minutes until hot and top raised and browned.
