Buttermilk Pie 2

Ingredients:


1 1/3 cups sugar

3 tablespoons all purpose flour

2 large eggs -- beaten

1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted

1 cup buttermilk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon extract

1 crust unbaked 9 inch pie shell
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine sugar and flour, mix well. Add eggs, butter and buttermilk. Beat well. Stir in flavorings. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. ENJOY!!!
