Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups flour

1 tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon -- salt, nutmeg

2 1/2 cups pumpkin

2 tablespoons molasses

1/4 cup melted butter

4 large eggs

1 cup cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix above ingredients well. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipping cream.
